Hey,
I've been trying to unlock my account to the Producer edition that I purchased, but everytime I try to unlock it I get hit with an error message that states "the downloaded license is incorrect." I've tried the offline version but that method gave me an error code that something was wrong with my account. I've been seeking help from customer support but they keep sending me the same scripted reply. It's been about a week since I bought the producer edition, and I still have no access. I've made 4 tickets already to customer support but it looks like they dont wanna help me so does anyone have a clue of what I could do?
