CPU Load 95%?

Hi!!
I'm always facing a problem in my projects regarding CPU usage. Typically projects start to take up around 80% or 90% of my CPU's performance and I honestly can't tell if this is normal.

My notebook config:
16GB RAM, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz, 500GB SSD


I thought they would handle my production, but when the project starts to get close to 7000MB of memory usage (as in the screenshot), FL starts to take almost 100 of CPU Load. Naturally, the whole project starts to get latency issues.

Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to optimize FL/CPU for better performances? Screenshot of audio settings also attached.
